This new rule is not hard to follow. To keep more space available for new people to come, we need less people making lots of accounts, so...
Each player, may create a maximum of 3 accounts.
New accounts that are being created (4th, 5th, etc...) will be deleted, and those who creats them, will be banned for some time.
